Hotel staff were excellent. Place is a little run down, broken ceramic tiles in entries and room, pool ladder was broken and needed repair. On the good side, breakfast was god, and pool and hot tub were well upkept. Well located to all the attractions in Keystone. Overall a great stay.

The location was great on top of the hill. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. They also had a hot tub and pool. We love hot tubs. There were lots of restaurants close by, even though it was kind of crowded. Beautiful little city.

The staff was incredibly helpful and very kind, the hot tub was a must have after a long day on the road. Everything was very clean and well maintained, my only complaint from our stay was that the pool felt like an ice plunge and one of the beds in the room slipped off the frame when sat on the edge.

Nice location on a hill overlooking Keystone and Mount Rushmore. The room felt a little tired, dust in the corners and a few knicks in the walls. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was typical and the dining area was pleasant. All in all a nice stay.
