Customer service was great! Breakfast was good with many choices. We were able to get in our room early and they helped us get a parking spot on the street. Room was clean. Only complaint was hot water in the shower was not good. You were supposed to turn the vanity hot water on and run for 20-40 seconds then turn the shower on, but that didn’t work so our shower was cold. Only stayed 1 night so didn’t complain about it.

Unique stay for a unique town. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Location cannot be beat! It is literally on Duval with great restaurants all around.

Property in convenient location. Room was clean and presentable. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Continental breakfast was nice. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Key West.

This guesthouse is located in the heart of Old Key West, in the middle of Duval Street. So it's walkable everywhere, turn one way and you end up at the southern most point and a beach. The other way, lots of bars and restaurants and Mallory Square for sunsets. The building is in major need of repair, the room was nice and parking was included. The draw back is the bar next store, music blasting until 3AM on a Saturday night. Friday wasn't as bad.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Wicker House. The location is fantastic—right in the middle of Duval Street—so everything was within easy walking distance. The women at the front desk were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and our overall experience even better. While the breakfast was only a 1-star for us, it wasn’t an issue since we didn’t book this hotel for the breakfast. The location, service, and overall atmosphere more than made up for it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to be in the heart of Duval Street.

Staff was very nice and helpful, how ever the room was not good at all. A very steep flight of stairs to go in and out with basically nothing to hang on to. Very low ceilings, I’m 5’2” and I hit my head three times on the ceiling and broke blood vessels in my hand when I accidentally hit the ceiling. I’m sure they were trying to help me out because I wanted a blow up bed added to the room but that room really should just be used for storage. Then the fact that they take your keys and when we wanted to check out at 7:30 am we had to call the emergency number to get our keys back. Very inconvenient

We stayed in a room across the street from Wicker house #208 that was outdated and in need of cleaning and repair (fresh grout, coat of paint, new furniture, etc). The two people who we interfaced with at check-in were abrasive and not welcoming.

Location is great, but our room was incredibly small, the AC unit is so loud you wake up everytime it turns on, half of the room has sunk down due to shower, and toilet leaking into the sub-floor. The vinyl plans are literally holding the room together. The shower isnt vented, you smell sewer gas as you shower, everywhere you step you feel like you're going to fall through. Also had a few roaches in the bathroom each day. We brought up the water damage to the front desk, and they're aware of it, pretty much smug and defensive about it. They have no problem renting this room in this condition. Continental breakfast is bare bones, bagels, fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs. It's not a 200 dollar a night room. Go elsewhere.
