This cottage was perfect for our stay. We will consider Eva, our hostess, as a great friend and hope to visit again real soon. The cottage was clean and well prepared. The location could not have been better as we were able to ride our scooters to everything. We also took advantage of public transport which had a stop just a block away and is “on demand”. Everything we needed was provided and such a cute and quiet place. Cannot say enough about how we loved our stay

Guest house with pool out our patio door!

Eva was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed. Provided bikes for getting around-just a 4-ish mile ride downtown. A pool out our patio door surrounded by palm trees. Close to beaches. We totally enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if we return to Key West!

Wonderful two months!

Everything better than expected. Eva the owner/landlord is on site. A couple minor issues with the internet, quickly resolved. Wonderful place, quiet and removed from the crazy downtown, but easy to get anywhere with a bike, walking or a ride service.

Wonderful host

Friendly courteous communicative host. Clean comfortable location away from the noise and hustle of Duvall but easy bike to Duvall. The bed was very nice!

Nice cottage

The place was perfect! The owner is a really nice lady and made sure i had everything i needed. The place is very clean bith inside and out and in a perfect location. Quiet but not too far from everything. I look forward tonstaying here again next year!
