Food in the restaurant was okay. Fish tacos were made with fried fish bites not fresh grilled fish. Towels in the bathroom were stiff as sandpaper. Floors in the room were not kept clean when room service was provided. Pool staff was excellent. Casa Marina was more of what we expect for the price with outstanding food.

Not sure what was premium about our suite. The price was premium though at a total of nearly $1400 for 2 nights. Parking was an additional $50 plus 2 kinda of taxes each night. Buffet at Casa Marina (sister hotel) was good at $39 per person and then they themselves added however much gratuity they wanted to the total when I charged it to the room. The view was obscured with buildings and ocean view was on one side. It was a small unit. The elevator near our room broke so we had to go all the way round every time. Needs more than just 2 elevators. On the whole, just about ok. If we ever go back to Key West Casa Marina would be a better option. That was my first choice anyhow but I didn’t get the room I was looking for so went to this one.
