Fantastic beach resort stay. My kids loved the pool, and the restaurant was very good (though expensive). The suite was ideal for our family -- once the kids were asleep the grownups could enjoy drinks on the balcony.

We visited The Reach Key West early December because of a great package price from Expedia. The Expedia listing said it had an ocean view. We arrived to find our room had a better view of the parking garage than the ocean. However, the accommodating Hilton staff found us a “premium” ocean view the next day. We were upgraded without an extra charge. The view was beautiful. The restaurant food was very good. The bar is large. Location is nicely away from the busy part of town.

Excellent location on the water. Friendly and courteous staff. Pet friendly. They had the option to secure my luggage for a few hrs because my flight was much later in the evening. I could see the sunrise from my balcony. ❤️ Loved the whole experience. Hope to return for another vacation soon !! A slightly bigger shower area - would have been nice. A handheld shower would have been great when traveling with a pet.

Room needed a deep cleaning. Not enough beach chairs for busy season. Daughter was 22 and ordered drinks and both beach servers were rude to her. She had her ID and understands she needed to show it but they were rude about it. Location is good and the beach was nice. Breakfast was amazing. Servers were very good except the bar. One of the bartenders was very rude to those ordering drinks. Overall, Price point too high. Key lime pie was amazing at Four Marlins

The resort is beautiful. The private beach was a key feature for us. The room was clean and comfortable. A perfect location. It’s not in the middle of the craziness of Duval Street. But easy walk to it.
