Our second stay here at Beachside Resorts and and it never disappoints! Property is clean and easy to navigate to. Close enough to downtown but far enough to be away and have a quiet time. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Just overall best place to stay for a single family to enjoy this slice of paradise 😊

We went to key west thinking if we could find a nice place we would stay. I found this amazing hotel which we loved we rented 2 rooms and they were perfect!! very clean, the AC amazing (it is very hot now) the beds and pillows great also, the staff was very helpful and nice.. I would go back anytime!

The property is slightly run down. Elevators rough riding. Broken tile in unit and at other property locations. One day unit door wouldn't lock the next day the door lock wouldn't open nothing major. Staff was always pleasant and did resolve issues quickly

I stayed here with my spouse and our two young children. With young children come accidents and my child got the sheets wet. When we asked if someone could replace them along with towels, we were told we had to do it ourselves. I personally go on vacation so I don’t have to do what I have to at home. We stayed for three nights and not once did anybody stop by to pick up our trash either. Expedia says that you get free drinks, but staff never mentioned this at all during check-in. The resort itself is nice. The pool is nice, but the beach water smells absolutely horrible.
