SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, his and hers closets, smart TV, and a private bath with soothing rain shower and handheld massage shower heads. A private writer’s nook boasts a wireless printer and multiport USB charger for any last minute work or just to drop a line to friends and family. The second bedroom is wrapped in historic Dade County Pine and features a queen bed, flat smart TV, a cozy seating area and a walk-in closet. The full hall bath features a custom stained glass window, colorful tile, and handheld and rain shower heads. Downstairs you’ll find another glass-enclosed full bath and a queen sleeper in the den. Another sleeper in the living room allows you to comfortably expand your stay-over capacity to 8 guests.

AMENITIES...
The living area, hallway and stairway are lined with rich, dark, honey-colored Dade County Pine. The hardwood floors compliment the professionally designed décor and local art work framed in up-cycled lobster trap frames. Relax in front of your 60” 4K high definition smart TV or cue up some Jimmy Buffet on the Sonos sound system. Ceiling fans, dimmable LED lighting and an open floor plan complete the island feel of this renovated conch home. The flow-through dining and fully equipped kitchen area boasts a party-friendly center island with granite countertop, Keurig coffee maker, leather counter-height seating and a glass-topped table for four next to french doors that open onto the private pool deck. When the sun goes down, start your evening off with a custom-blended drink in your very own frozen device.

POOL / OUTDOOR LIVING...
Open all 3 sets of floor to ceiling glass doors and invite the cool gulf breeze into all the downstairs living spaces. Relax on the secluded deck and dine out with seating for 4.  Grill up a juicy steak on the grill and watch TV from the den. Listen to your favorite tunes on the Sonos system or connect your own device to the whole-house sound system. Take a dip in the pool, shower up on the deck and chill in one of the lounge chairs. The fully-surrounding high pool walls and underwater lighting add a private ambience to the cozy pool area.

LOCATION...
You’ll be steps-away from a local bakery and coffee shop; 5 minutes from the historic seaport, local brew pubs, shops and eateries. Stroll down famous Duval street and visit its galleries, local haunts and fine restaurants. Take in the sunset on Mallory Street and catch the Conch Train for a taste of local history. Hop on your beach cruiser bikes or take the 10 minute stroll to the heart of all the action – returning eventually to quiet Frances Street for a night cap and dip in the pool.

MULTI MONTH RESERVATIONS...
For monthly reservations, the following fees will be added PER MONTH:

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night min.). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January - March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
