Hotel has a good location. Room was clean and nice. But hotel premises need more attention. Elevator, door and floor damaged, corridor to access the room is not good condition either. And don't expect a hotel breakfast. I purchased the room with breakfast was not worth it at all and very confuse. Flamingo's restaurant that provided this service was not prepare for "breakfast". BUT the worst of all is the Macaw and the turtles- completely nonsense, so sad they are in small area. Macaw was visible sad. the Management team should relocate them to a better and bigger place. Please consider this. Shame on Hyatt hotels, keep that overpopulation turtle on those small pools and the lonely and sad Macaw.

The location of the hotel is very convenience. Close enough to Duval street but not in the middle of night life music and festivities. The staff provided excellent service, and everything was spotless and well maintained. The atmosphere felt both relaxing and luxurious, making it the perfect romantic getaway. They have easy tour reservations at the site. Bike rental has 2 complimentary hrs. Electric charging station on site as well. I look forward to returning soon.
