Room 401 needs maintenance. The light and TV would not work in the communal area. We could not access the pool. Room 402, the bathroom door doors not have a bottom track and it's very difficult to close and open.

Nice and quiet, good price and close to downtown Duvall Street. The property also included parking for us on checkout day so we could spend time in the area without paying for additional parking.

Quaint building, converted from a large home. Parking is no ideal but manageable. You have to check in at another location 8 blocks away but you have to figure it out for yourself once you arrive. Overall, you get what you pay for. It worked for us.

Room needs to be updated. AC poor condition. Fridge not getting cold. Had to let the shower run for 10 minutes before the water was hot. Entire building is falling apart. Extremely over priced. I definitely should have shopped around more. The photos posted on line must have been taken 20 years ago.

A lovely property with fantastic staff. The apartment itself is in need of a bit of tlc in particular the kitchenette which isn’t great. The equipment isn’t up to scratch to be honest and we chose to eat out. That said the balcony was fab with great views and the location excellent if you take bikes which we did. They make it so much easier to get around. Wasn’t disappointed at all, loved the place and would stay again

We walked most trips out around the island: 10-15 minutes to dining and entertainment. The staff kept our room clean and stocked. We parked at the bottom of the stairs that lead to our spot.

Communication prior to check in was poor. We went directly to the property from the airport only to discover that we needed to check-in at a different location about a mile away. The room was dirty in multiple places. There were coffee grounds left in the machine from previous guests. When we opened the refrigerator there was a significant amount of dirt under the door, as though it hadn't been opened during the cleaning. One of the towels was stained. We were only staying one night before going to our longer term location and that was more than enough.

The room was moderately clean. There was a TON of mold in the AC units. We did not end up staying. The person I spoke to was pleasant and offered to refund oie money, but was completely indifferent to the mold.

Perfect place! The location is right where you want to be at. No problems whatsoever the staff Mrs. Verged and also Mrs. Denice was so friendly any questions I was able to call. The easiest check in too. I came after hours and the instructions were so simple. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend thank you .

The staff were great including the cleaning lady who change bedding and towels. They don't really cleaned the rooms but that was ok with us. What I suggest is to have a deep cleaning in the room including AC (we tried to clean filter cos was very dirty), the fan was very dusty, the wall behind bed has white dust I guess from AC and floor need also a deep cleaning. Towels, bedding and bath were clean. The area was great and quite. We liked the pool and all common areas. Just a little bit dark for us.

We arrived very late and the sheets were not clean . Long black hair everywhere. Lots of stairs . Our room had a creepy loft above our bed . Air conditioning unit is very load and the light outside goes on and off all night . The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything! It’s a 15 minute walk to Davaul Street, also where you pick up the keys. Overall only okay. You kind of tucked away from all the hustle and bustle.

Simple cozy stay

Checking was a breeze and the staff was very polite and helped us in and made finding out where to go very easy. Gave us all the directions right up front. It’s a simple place with no crazy frills. We didn’t really use the kitchenette so can’t comment on that. Pool was clean. AC units would have been a bit more powerful and the filter needed cleaning. But I do understand in the heat and humidity there that’s very difficult.

Let me just say the place itself it's beautiful! But the cleanliness was terrible i was in my room for 10 min the first day and my feet were black!!!!! I took a paper towel to the floor and it was black!!!!! Then the same pile of cigarettes at the top of the stairs was there the whole week! On the floor and I thought the pool was just for the guests staying there ! Multiple times we were in the pool random man from the street came in and got in! One of them look like he was bathing and then proceeded to eat a cheeseburger and chips ! We were so uncomfortable we left the pool! Paid over 900 and we couldn't feel comfortable in the pool ! Which is was one thing I was looking forward too!
