Absolutely Awesome

The house is awesome. Even better than the pictures. Tons of space and very comfortable. The outside space and pool are just amazing. The pool was the perfect temperature and so private. Just your own peaceful oasis with nice plants everywhere. The location is wonderful easy walking everywhere and a nice quiet neighborhood. Just perfect.

Wonderful property. Extremely private. Home was exactly as described and shown in their photo's. Very clean, well furnished and appointed. Stayed for the month of March and entertained friends. Spacious and comfortable. Grounds and pool maintained every two weeks. We liked everything about it. Would stay again on our next trip to KW.

Great Place To Stay in Key West!

The house is large, well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. The outside area is private with a large heated pool that everyone enjoyed. We really appreciated that we never ran out of hot water when showering which has not been the case in other places we have stayed. Conch Collection is a great company to work with, very responsive and helpful.

Great group house in KW!

We needed a space for multiple couples coming down throughout the month and this place was wonderful. The first week was a bit shaky with some device failures, but Theresa and her team were amazingly fast to respond with a new outdoor refrigerator, new pool heater, and hot water heater plumbing repair, door lock battery failure and new pool lounge cushions. The pool area was great and we used it often. The host provided eight beach towels. The kitchens were well equipped. Internet worked well for WFH and tvs were great. We used both the AC and the heating systems. There is plenty of parking for four cars at the property. We used bikes for almost all travel around KW... we could have gotten groceries by bike, but used the car for that. I felt that it had been cleaned well upon arrival, but over the first couple of days found myself scrubbing the electric stove top and cleaning the patio door walls, reattaching chair legs, scrubbing the outside kitchen area and gave the rugs and floors a good vacuuming which came up with a cannister of dust and dirt, so perhaps it could have used a little more cleaning attention. But once that was done, this place was great. The landscaping envelopes the back yard such that you are completely oblivious of neighbors.
