Located at mm 98 on the bayside Landings features two heated Pools, lighted Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts, Basketball Court/Hoop, Bocce Court, Private Marina with Boat Ramp, Fishing/Sunset Pier, Club House, Fitness Room and Gated Security.
This condo is located on the first floor just steps from the community pool. The unit is fully furnished, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The master suite has a king bed and tub/shower. The guest room has queen bed with access to bathroom with shower stall. This is a split floor plan with plenty of privacy between the rooms. Convenient living all on one floor!
The kitchen is completely equipped (glasses, silverware, coffee maker, bottle openers, too much to list). There is a separate laundry room with a full-size front load washer and dryer.
