Escape to paradise in this spacious two story oceanfront villa, located in the heart of Key Largo. Set within an exclusive gated community with 24 hour security, the villa offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and marina.

The 2,035 square foot villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, while the second and third bedrooms each feature a queen and twin bed. Tasteful furnishings, fast Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and a TV in every room make it easy to settle in and feel at home.

The community offers 2 heated swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, playground, and a 3 acre saltwater lagoon. It also boasts a private beach with tiki huts, Adirondack chairs, and BBQs. An ideal spot to enjoy the ocean breeze and soak up the sun.

Your stay includes complimentary use of two bicycles, two kayaks, snorkeling gear, life vests, tennis and pickleball equipment, and a golf cart for use within the community. The golf cart makes it easy to explore the property and take full advantage of all the amenities.

Boaters will appreciate the free onsite boat ramp and first come, first serve trailer parking. Boat slips are available for rent, subject to availability. Please note, a $300,000 liability insurance policy is required for vessels.

Enjoy the best of Key Largo right outside the community. The villa is within walking distance of local favorites including Key Largo Fisheries, the Pilot House, and Dolphins Plus. Scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing/boat charters, and other Keys adventures are all just minutes away.

For your security, the home has two exterior cameras: one facing the driveway and one facing the marina area. These cameras are used solely to enhance property security and do not monitor personal activities. Your privacy is respected.

Our vacation at the villa was exceptional. From the booking and host communication to amenities and location, everything was wonderful. We were able to reserve a slip in the marina and had easy access to the ocean on our boat. We will definitely look to reserve this property given an opportunity in the future.

We throughly enjoyed our time here. This condo is well kept and updated. All the bedrooms were very nice and roomy. Views were fabulous. Golf cart was a fun to drive around. We had a wonderful stay. The place was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location and community are excellent, with great views and easy ocean access, including a small private beach and great amenities. We really appreciated having beach towels, snorkel gear, and beach chairs provided. The host communicated very well throughout the trip, and check-in and check-out were extremely easy. The location is perfect for exploring the Everglades, heading south to Key West, and is relatively close to Miami airport. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay for a Keys vacation.

This is great place with a great location. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level with the wetbar. Master bedroom/bath and 1 more bedroom and bath on the upper level with the kitchen. Great location in the heart of Key West.

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay in Villa 14. The unit is larger than most on the property, is updated, clean, has everything you need for a vacation stay, and is ideally located close to the marina, bay, and lagoon. We appreciated the use of the kayaks, bicycles, and golf cart. Enjoyed swimming in the lagoon and ocean, kayaking, fishing, watching the manatees in the marina, and the sunsets from the jetty. Jose is prompt and organized in communicating the check in and check out process. Would definitely recommend and book again!

Perfect location

I traveled with my husband and our 8 year old son as well as my senior parents. The size of the villa was great for the 5 of us. The location was perfect for putting in our jet ski that we brought along. My son loved the lagoon area. Overall a nice stay

Great Condo and Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit's location was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our time here. The beautiful views were slightly diminished by windows that needed cleaning, and while the beds could have been more comfortable and the dishwasher is due for replacement, these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience. Despite these small drawbacks, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect boat friendly stay

We brought our boat down to enjoy the Keys with us. We loved the fact that the marina was right out the door, so the boat was accessible quickly. The view was great. The community was nice. The neighbors were so friendly. Overall a great weekend getaway spot. We had a blast! Can’t wait to come back.

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable

The Villa was super clean, updated and everything worked perfectly. The AC, TV, appliances, bathrooms, shower pressure, mattress comfort; couldn’t ask for anything more. Communication with the owner was seamless. Great property!
