Wonderful staff that couldn't be more accommodating WITH A SMILE. In the process of remodeling but was surprisingly quiet as guests were positioned in opposite wings from work. Will be beautiful when completed. Stayed in Key Largo before but liked this location so much better with sunset beach plus a pool! Nice restaurant "Alfredos" within walking distance when you dont feel like getting in the car again.

THIS HOTEL IS NASTY!!!!!! Be warned they are under construction and the entire place smelled terrible. There was standing water in the carpets in the hallways, it smelled like mold, half the lights in our room were burnt out, there was construction materials everywhere, the toilet was leaning so bad and loose against the wall it was hard to sit on it, the comforteres were old and nasty, our air conditioning didn't work, and this was BY FAR the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Stay far far far away until the hotel has been refurbished. We were in the elevator with another couple and they were complaining about how nasty their room was too, so it wasn't just us. Gross gross gross

Room had bad smell and is in need of renovations . Room looked tired . Needs repairs . Outdoor property is fairly clean but is infested with Iguana’s and birds . Birds and Iguana’s roam freely on property and in pool area leaving floor dirty with poop 💩 around pool deck .
