We love hosting snowbirds looking for an extended getaway! While we prefer a minimum stay of 60-90 days, we’re happy to chat about shorter stays depending on the season and availability. Feel free to reach out — we’re flexible and happy to work with you!

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that all guests carefully review the following policies before submitting a reservation request:

All guests must be listed in the reservation request. We’re unable to accommodate additional, unregistered guests — no exceptions.

Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring any large equipment such as boats, watercraft, jet skis, trailers, campers, or mobile homes of any kind. Unfortunately, we cannot allow any of these items on the property unless they are explicitly approved at the time of booking.

Unauthorized changes to the reservation (such as additional guests or unapproved equipment) will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

For your peace of mind and the security of our home, outdoor security cameras are installed on the property.
