The two bathrooms include refreshing showers and handy hair dryers. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere where comfort meets convenience, complete with heating and air conditioning to suit any season. Whether unwinding indoors or exploring nearby, this excellent retreat offers a perfect balance of rest and adventure. Experience what Key Colony Beach has to offer with a stay at our house. Fully stocked kitchen and supplies for the time of your stay. Dock space is 30 foot in length with parking for a trailer and two more cars or trucks with covered parking. Small outdoor shower to wash off the salt after a day out on the water. Home also has a filet table at the dock with water and lights. Lovely patio that you can sit out and relax upstairs to watch the family filet the catch from the day. Also a propane BBQ grill. Patio set to sit and cook your dinner outside.
