Upgraded Home is a duplex on a large canal, each side has a 3/2, each with own large garage, sharing an 80 ft dock where you can dock your large boat. If you need the additional 3/2 home, please inquire (Totaling 2 homes, 6 rooms and 4 baths). Plenty of parking and one trailer per home. Canal opens to Ocean & Bay access via Vaca Cut. Member of the Cabana Club, Pool, bar & Restaurant (Havana Jack).

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Raise the A/C to 78 degrees.
Trash comes on Saturday and Tuesday. You can take out the day before at 12 pm. And bring in Saturday or Tuesday evening.
Strip the beds used with towels and leave them in a bundle. Turn in dishwasher if dirty.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
