The time has come: Our construction trailer “Balu,” complete with an attached terrace, is ready for its first guests. Completed in May 2026, the construction trailer features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/sleeping area with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. Pets are allowed for a fee (5 euros per night). Please let us know if you’re bringing your dog before you arrive. Bed linens and towels are included in the rental price. We look forward to your reservation. Our construction trailer, Balu, is located just outside the pilgrimage town of Kevelaer. The area offers ideal conditions for biking or hiking. “Das Irrland”—a family amusement park in Kevelaer-Twisteden—is approximately 6.8 km from the accommodation.

Der kleine Willkommensgruß der Gastgeber war bezeichnet für den ganzen Aufenthalt. Habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Gassirunde direkt vor der Unterkunft. Es hst uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr unkompliziert.

Insgesamt war es ein entspannter Aufenthalt. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über Schlüsselbox. Der Bauwagen an sich ist noch neu, denke mir 2-3 mal bisher belegt , daher ist alles noch sehr neu.Die Klimaanlage habe ich nur einmal kurz benutzt.Was gefehlt hat und ich in den vorherigen Unterkünften gut gemacht worden, das eine Infomappe mit Info zu Klimaanlage,Fernseher und Entsorgung von Müll .Es besteht die Möglichkeit sein mitgebrachten Fahrrad unter zustellen.Rundum zu empfehlen. PSEin Schneidbrett und Fleuschmesser würde noch fehlen.Der Aussenbereich sollte noch etwas aufgeräumter sein, aber schon gut auf dem Weg
