Log villa, built in 2008, features a living room with a large corner sofa set, flat-screen TV, and dining area with dining group for ten people. The kitchen is equipped with amenities such as an ice maker and a ceramic stove with an oven. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds. Separate WC, washroom with 2 showers, sauna (electric sauna stove), and 32 m² wide terrace. Stone-built floors with underfloor heating and an air source heat pump for cooling/heating.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with 2 beds. Additionally, there are 2 beds in the lobby. The lobby also has a sofa, flat-screen TV, and a separate WC. The upper floor also includes a 24 m² wide balcony.
