The best hospitality I have ever experienced. They love children. When we checked in the staff was so welcoming and helpful finding us a place to eat dinner. We checked in late afternoon and there was a woman working. She was so kind and wanted to make our stay positive and memorable. It’s hard to find this good of customer service nowadays.

The hotel said they would pic us up from the ferry terminal but it took serval attempts of calling to get a ride. The check in process was slow and the room still had socks and stuff from the previous guests. We asked for a ride and the hotel concierge was annoyed about taking us even after the front desk offered it.
