This is an old building that it looks like they are trying to repair. The staff was friendly and helpful, however until major renovations can be completed, there is only so much they can do. The bathroom and linens were clean so it works on a budget. While there is little management can do about it, the property is not in the safest area, however it was located fairly centrally in town.

Overall property condition is quite old - dirty. Breakfast offerings were meager - fortunately both a Safeway grocery store and McDonald’s were close by, within about 100 yards, and those two places served as the source for my breakfast

The first room we were given had two drawers that didn't close and no way to fix them. We asked for a different room. The 2nd room had stained curtains, patches on the wall that weren't painted over and the hotel and room are very dated. We stayed for a week and had to ask for our room to be cleaned as they don't clean it or make the beds on a daily basis. When they did clean the room, they didn't make the bed or put trash liners in our garbage can. On a positive note, the beds were comfortable and it does come with a microwave and a refrigerator.

TV's didn't work. changed batteries twice and remote once. thermostat in room all taped up. Staff at front desk was very helpful. brought a blanket and tried to fix remote. fixed the heater. very thin beadspread and no blanket. lots of drug deals going on outside the main lobby. i did not feel secure there.

Hotel was near restaurants. The room smelled bad. No screen on fourth story window. The dead bolt did not lock. I was not able to take a shower because the part to pull out of the faucet was missing. I did not want to hang out at the hotel at all. I will not stay there again.
