Lorraine and Simon were wonderful hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at their guest house and felt right at home. We are so grateful for their kindness and efforts to help us enjoy our stay. Staff are friendly, approachable and will do anything to help you have a pleasant stay. Rooms clean and powerful showers. Loads of storage space. Breakfast was amazing and first time when offered a range of options - you must try the Overnight Oats! Just what we needed before some big hikes.

Very nice guest house close to the heart of Keswick. Hostess was friendly and communicative. Property very clean. Reasons for four stars instead of five include the size of the room and bathroom (quite small), and the very limited time for breakfast (1/2 hour window).

Fantastic B&B in beautiful Keswick! The hosts were warm and super friendly. The room was clean and comfy. We tried a few of the breakfast options and they were all delicious. There’s a beautiful park (Fritz) nearby, and it’s 5-10 miles from several great hiking options, including the breathtaking Buttermere area. Highly recommend!
