Welcome to this charming cottage that has undergone a loving renovation. Located in the beautiful Kerteminde, the house rests on an elevated 500 m2 plot, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the endless fields.



Within a short walk of just 500 meters awaits Kertemindes Nordstrand, a treasure trove of a beach, recognized as one of Funen's finest. Beach days and sunsets become part of your daily routine. And when the urge for city life strikes, it's only a 1.5 km stroll to the lively center of Kerteminde.



This holiday home offers a well-thought-out interior design with two cozy bedrooms. The first room offers a bunk bed and a single bed, while the second seduces with two single beds. A new and bright bathroom with shower and underfloor heating invites you to relax.



The living room creates an atmosphere of cohesion and comfort, where the kitchen and living room are united in an organic whole. The light-flooded living room not only has a wood-burning stove that invites you to cozy evenings, but also an air/air heat pump and a TV for entertainment.

Kerteminde ist eine charmante Kleinstadt, umgeben von schöner Natur und gutem gastronomischen Angeb

Kerteminde ist eine charmante Kleinstadt, umgeben von schöner Natur und gutem gastronomischen Angebot. Die Ostsee lädt zum kurzen Baden oder einem Strandtag ein. Bequemer Einstieg über Stege mit Leitern, da viele Steine vorhanden. Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zu Odense bietet der Ort weitere Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, aber auch Ziele im Süden sind dank guter Infrastruktur gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Campaya hat uns durch seine unkomplizierte Abwicklung von der Buchung bis zum Service vor Ort sehr gut gefallen. Der Schlüssel zum Ferienhaus war sicher in einem Tresor verwahrt, Wäschepakete bereits vorhanden und das Haus sauber. Wunderschönes kleines Ferienhaus mit einem unverwechselbarem Panoramablick und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sogar die Ostsee ist in der Ferne zu sehen. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass alles vorhanden, es sauber und vielen Belangen praktisch (z.B. Wäscheleinen + Regal Badezimmer) gewesen ist. Mit dem vorhandenen Platzangebot sind wir zu zweit gut klargekommen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Sofa wäre evtl. überholungsbedürftig, teilweise zu weich, aber super praktisch mit der Ottomane. Auf der Süd/West-Terrasse genießt man bis zum späten Abend die Sonne, morgens scheint sie auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. An der Ostsee ist man schnell zu Fuß. Die Wohnlage und das Ferienhaus entsprachen voll unserem Geschmack, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
