This is a two story house with the main living area on the second floor, being able to climb stairs is necessary. The driveway is steep, but this only adds to the remarkable views from the top deck! Wonderful place for our hill country motorcycle trip. Host was very accommodating with allowing us to unload across street. We were able to check in early and check out late. Our “chores” to do when we left were minimal so it made it easy for us. The views of the sunrise from balcony and lights at night were amazing. Everything was well thought out for the guests! We will be back!

Home with wonderful views

We were in Kerrville for a family vacation at the Park a few minutes from the home. It was a great stay for us. The home was meticulously cleaned and ready for us. We enjoyed the upstairs deck seeing deer and tons of birds. It is very private and actually seems like you are out in the country on a hill. We recommend it to those who can easily negotiate steps and stairs.

We loved this house! It was a perfect layout and size for two families. Very clean, tons of towels, comfortable beds, convenient location in town, and great communication with the host. Loved the hot tub and the huge front porch. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house with EVERYTHING you need and more for a super fun time. House is fabulous, kitchen beautifully appointed and beds are super comfy!! We cooked, relaxed, enjoyed hot tub and more. Great Place to Stay in Kerrville!

We were not disappointed! Candice was a great hostess and everything was as she described on the website. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. The location was great, too. It was close to town and not far at all from my in-laws (other side of town). The views were great and the deck was the perfect place to enjoy our coffee in the mornings or cocktail in the evenings. Waking up to a deer taking a stroll right outside your window was a great way to start the day, too! Overall, the property was great. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Candice!

Making Family Memories

My entire family came together at this house and got to enjoy a wonderful view of of the city. We also enjoyed watching the deers race through the trees through the home’s big windows. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Not to mention the check in and out was as smooth as could be. Absolutely fantastic experience!
