Owners are always so kind and helpful, fast for anything you need. They have pumps/fishing poles/nets/barbecues just anything you may need. Always an amazing time. We always stay there anytime we are in Kernville.

This is our second time staying with Riverview Lodge and parking is great staff are amazing and very helpful. We need it. Air-conditioning is great and rooms are decent but can be better if upgraded.

Annette is awesome, the property is a great location and right in town. You can walk to anywhere in kernville so easily. The riverfront area is private and just for guests and they keep people out that dont stay there. They are great hosts and a great spot.

This is a historical mountain hotel. Movie stars from old western movies used to stay here. It is right on the Kern River in the heart of beautiful Kernville, California. The staff is amazing and the coffee is fresh and hot in the common room every morning! Parks, restaurants,fishing,and shopping are all within walking distance.

One of my favorite places to stay in Kernville close to downtown restaurants and bars, and is easy enough to get to the market or the upper Kern. It’s a cute little motel slightly rundown, but that adds to the character Pet friendly and good enough to spend all day at the river and come back and shower and sleep. Will stay again !!!!!

I have stated at least five different hotels and motels in Kernville over the past years. But now, I will never stay anywhere else. The check-in was easy. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The linens were great! And the amenities were awesome, including being directly on the river with some chairs and fire pits directly out front of the hotel. The management is also highly tentative and very helpful. There are a lot of good places to stay in the area, but you’d be making a mistake. Not to stay here!
