The setting is amazing, and the rooms are super cute and well kept. The hot tub was a nice treat and the sound of the river rushing by was like a dream. The breakfast needs more options. Very nice place!

Staff is awesome, very helpful. I did a late check in and they were able to help me with that. The milk for the coffee inside the room was old, so I could not enjoy a nice coffee at the room. The breakfast in the morning starts at 8am, I think is a little bit late for people that are used to eat o wake up early. There were spiders all around the shower.

A hidden gem! It’s now under new management and the manager was warm, friendly and very helpful. Gorgeous drive in through mountain roads. The property is small with rooms in the main house and cabin. We stayed in the cabin and it had a clawfoot bathtub and private deck! You can walk to the nearby river and there are lots of places to sit and read, meditate, etc. The menu is all vegetarian/vegan and they served us in our room. Yummy veggie curry and “chik’n” burger! There’s also complimentary continental breakfast (toast, croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt). This was a wonderful relaxing place and I wish I’d booked more than 1 night. Lots of nearby hikes like the Trail of 100 Giants. Oh we also came in a Tesla and while they don’t have on-site charging, I can report that the drive is doable from the McFarland Supercharger (at 100%) and back.

Do NOT waste your time or money staying here. First it is about an hour from kernville not 30 mins. If staff is actually onsite for you to check in, amazing! But unfortunately for us there was no staff there when we arrived at 3:54 pm AFTER check in time. Good luck getting a refund because even if you wait for hours they will mark you as a no show and won’t respond until DAYS later about your “stay”.
Note providing whatsapp number to call because there was no staff, too bad no one was answering :(

Everything was great! If you are looking for a quiet place in the nature, Quiet Mind lodge is perfect place to stay. The staff is very friendly, room was clean, breakfast was better than we were expecting, we had a good size yogurt with oatmeal and blueberries, some bread coffe, juice, what else an i say.

We showed up for our anniversary only to find no one on premises. could not reach anyone for days in advance. amenities and rooms were very subpar and did not at all live up to what is advertised. Had to change locations as there is no staff or guests anywhere on property.

Such a wonderful, relaxing property with top notch staff. Hiked to all the waterfalls on property, enjoyed the in-room tub, the included breakfasts were convenient and really tasty, and driving to local hikes and Kernville was super easy. Nice way to unplug, but still have great amenities. Loved it!
