The Gîte des Quatre Vents in Kergloff – Your Breton haven between land and sea
Welcome to the Gîte des Quatre Vents, a peaceful, bright and functional place, nestled in the heart of Finistère, a stone's throw from Carhaix-Plouguer. Perfectly located between the departments of Morbihan and Côtes-d'Armor, it offers an ideal starting point to explore an authentic Brittany, between legendary forests, granite chaos, shady canals and getaways to the north and south coasts.
A comfortable space for the whole family
The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people in a warm setting, designed for rest as well as for shared moments.
It includes:
A bedroom with a double bed for a cosy sleep.
A bedroom with three single beds, two of which are bunk beds: ideal for children, teenagers or even adults.
A bright living room with a sofa bed (extra bed for 1 person), dining area, and large fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, utensils...).
A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine.
The beds are equipped with comfortable mattresses and duvets. Sheets and towels are provided.
An outdoor area designed to enjoy with ease
At the back of the cottage, a covered row houses a table and chairs, as well as a "summer kitchen" area with sink and refrigerator. It is the ideal place to have your meals in the shade, play with the children or simply enjoy the calm of the neighborhood. The cottage is surrounded by a flower garden that is visible, but not accessible (the owners' house is 40 meters away).
There is a free parking space right in front of the entrance.

You are here in a privileged geographical location, in the heart of inland Brittany. 5 minutes from the Nantes-Brest canal, you can set off by bike or on foot on magnificent quiet paths.
The legendary forest of Huelgoat, the Hyère valley (tree climbing, golf, horse riding), the Valley of the Saints, and the mysterious forests of Cranou, Monts d'Arrée or Callac await you.�PGJyPgOn the sea side, reach in an hour the beaches of the south (Quimper, Concarneau, Bénodet...) or the wild coves of the north (Plougasnou, Morlaix, Guerzit...).
And if you come in July, you can even experience the Festival des Vieilles Charrues, one of the largest music festivals in Europe, within walking distance of the gîte (45 minutes).
