The staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and our room was very spacious. The breakfast, included, was great with lots of healthy options for grown-ups and kids. The pool space was nicely heated although the pool was a bit cold for my kids (it is the middle of winter now...). The hotel is conveniently only 25 min from skiing slopes. Overall, great experience. We would come back to this hotel!

Well we book for a total of three nights. When we got there they didn’t have the room we reserved, so they upgraded us to two rooms. Well they kept entering the information wrong and everyday we had to go get new keys to be able to get into our rooms. Breakfast was pretty horrible. Always running out of stuff. One day they ran out of orange juice, potatoes, cream cheese and hard boiled eggs. The biscuits were so hard we broke a fork trying to cut them, and the sausage gravy was burnt and beyond disgusting. Asking the kitchen staff about anything was nothing but a joke! You would get answers like I’m a little busy right now. Was not a pleasant experience.

Entire floor reeked of weed. Cracks in the walls and outlets, outlets were loose (charger didn't stay plugged in). The stay was fine, I guess. First time staying here, likely won't be back. I know it sounds weird but there was no clock in the room and that stuck out. Also there were a ton of small kids running around in the fitness area the entire time with no adults.

The hotel, parking, location, room and staff were great. I used Hotels.com to book 4 rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites Kenosha.. At check in , I was told I had 6 additional rooms booked . And when the clerk looked at my Hilton rewards, she told me I had 3 profiles. This concerned me as I only should have had one. The clerks were excellent in correcting the mistakes. I greatly appreciate their time and help.
