I was not aware of a $50 incidental fee, but then again I didn’t look for one
The refrigerator froze my drinks even after I turned down the thermostat I told the front desk about it. They did nothing.
I had previously stayed there the night before since Saturday and when I checked out and checked back in, I requested room service
When I got back to my room that night, I wasn’t able to get in my room and there was no room service, which was my biggest reason why I gave the hotel a two star rating
I would also caution anybody who uses the third floor vending machine the items get stuck, and you have to shake the machine real hard or call for a refund
Luckily, I was able to shake my Fritos loose
The hotel has no real control over that. It’s up to the vendors to keep the machines operational
