GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have private, exclusive access to the entire home and the large, fully fenced backyard. Entry is seamless and contact-free via a secure keyless entrance. Your unique access code will be provided 30 minutes prior to your scheduled check-in time.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We want your stay to be as comfortable and safe as possible. Here are a few additional details:
• For your safety and security, there is one Ring camera with active video and audio recording located on the exterior of the property. There are absolutely no interior cameras.
• Complimentary earplugs are provided in bedrooms for extra quiet and comfort.

We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. While we will not be present on the property, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the booking platform's messaging app.

Occupancy:
The number of guests you provided in your booking is the maximum number of guests allowed to occupy the home. Any additional, unapproved guests will be charged a $30 daily rate per person.
