The rooms were fine and staff was friendly. The one star is for hotels.com. Initially booked a one nights, then revised it to two nights. All prepaid. Showed up to check in and BW didn't have my reservation. After some investigating, after I showed my email confirmation for two nights booked, they concluded that hotels.com did not send them the confirmation that I added on another night. Fortunately there was one room left that they could get me into but it wasn't what we booked and my travel partner would now have to sleep on a pull out bed. Not ideal at all. Worse, we would have to check out the next day and then wait for our actual booked room to become available. They said the room they put us in for the first night was it was already booked for someone else. So for 4 hrs we were roomless and sat in the car waiting until our actual room was cleaned so we could check in. Like I said, the staff was courteous but the fail with hotels.com soured a weekend away.

The parking was good. Location was good. My room was on top floor, 4th floor, above the heat-pump for the pool area and the heat-pump ran well past midnight. The humming noise from the heat-pump was loud and made falling asleep very difficult.

Every one of the staff members was friendly and courteous. It felt very clean and was comfortable. If I had one wish that would have made a difference, I would like to have had more seating in the breakfast area. I think there were only five tables in a motel that has four stories. We had to take our breakfast back to our room. However, I would definitely stay here again.
