courteous staff, comfy beds, clean room. breakfast meh, coffee could have tasted better. Shower drain clogged. Charged 15$/pet when expedia states 10$/pet but grass for pets just on side of hotel. Overall would stay again

The pool was freezing, the hot tub was disgusting, and the sauna was flooded and wouldn’t drain and when you turned the dial on the sauna a loud electrical noise was happening behind the panel. With that being said the everything else was fine.

clean rooms but when we did arrive i stood at the counter for 10 minutes ringing the bell and no one ever came out and i even called with my cell phone still no one about 15 minutes later a lady did show up and did not even speak english very hard to communicate.

Staff : front desk: not a welcoming attitude, no greeting or hello, not even a fake smile, or have a pleasant stay, just seemed like a robot going thru motions. Room microwave broken and bathroom fan did not work, however the vent for it was dusty dusty, so at one time it did work but not during our stay.
