The primary bedroom has a queen bed & a spacious attached bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a second queen bedroom & a third bedroom with two twin beds; these rooms share use of a second bathroom downstairs. The home offers a spacious open living, dining, & kitchen area, perfect for gathering, cooking, & relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Kennebunkport. Outside, enjoy an expansive back lawn surrounded by woods, plus a peaceful patio ideal for morning coffee, outdoor meals, or unwinding in the evening. Guests are welcome to use the barbecue, beach toys, beach chairs, & other beach amenities stored in the garage. Comfortable, charming, & peaceful, our farmhouse is just minutes from downtown Kennebunkport & lovely Goose Rocks Beach. NOTE: ONLY AVAILABLE FOR MONTHLY RENTAL (30 days or more).

There's a private patio. A kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.
