The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 with a master bedroom featuring a queen bed, a guest room with another queen bed, and a second guest room offering two full beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain, including dishes, pots and pans, utensils, spices, and more.

The 224-acre, spring-fed pond is stocked by the state and ideal for fishing and paddling. Kayaks, paddle boards, and a canoe are available for your use. You're also welcome to bring your bikes and explore the quiet, scenic roads around the pond. If you have your own motorboat, a public boat launch across the pond allows you access to the water and you can then tie up right at the property’s dock.
