The shower head isn't working properly, there's permanent dirt on the refrigerator, the microwave isn't working correctly and doesn't rotate the food inside. If you look at the air conditioner's fan, you'll see the dirt. It's obviously dirty. The sheet I had to use had a strange smell. I don't know if it was mold or what. And the towels I was given had long hairs on them. The towels were clean, but where did those hairs come from?

Clean room, heating worked great, hot tub comfy and clean-bubbles provided by staff. Perfect weekend getaway to just unplug and relax. Took a whike to dry off with the towels provided. Other than that, on point.

When I checked in and went to my room I had noticed the refrigerator was not working. I went to the front window and asked the gentleman if I could get a different room due to the refrigerator not working. He said that the next day in the morning I could switch rooms. I ended up with a room that had a bigger hot tub and a working refrigerator. The room was clean and had all towels and toiletries. The change went very smoothly and I was very happy with the accommodation. This is my second time staying at La Mirage and was just as satisfied as the first time I stayed here.
