I have stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions and do so because I have confidence that it will be clean and well maintained. This is in contrast to a number of occasions where I have experienced disappointment when staying at other hotels. Nice convenient location to Kendal and Windermere as long as you have a car. Parking was good. Had a nice pub/restaurant with pretty views. Room and bathroom clean. Stairs up to the room not for everyone, very steep and narrow. Overall good stay for our one night. Would stay again.
