Great location, Very comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen. and comfy sofa. The main issue was the shower drain was badly blocked. Also no blackout curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. Expected better for the price.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the accommodation clean. One small issue was the sofa, which may need a deeper clean. After sitting on it, some of us felt itchy and chose not to use it again during our stay. If the sofa were included in the cleaning schedule, the guest experience would be even better. Anther issue is that the parking information could be clearer. The listing mentioned “free parking,” which led us to assume there was a private parking space available. However, the free parking was actually on a public street and only applied between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM. After 8:00 AM, parking charges apply, and guests may receive a council parking fine if they forget to pay. This restriction was not clearly explained before booking. It would be helpful if the host could provide more detailed information about the parking arrangements in the listing so that future guests can make a fully informed decision before booking.
