We always have a great visit when we stay at the Quality Inn in Kenai. Staff at the front desk is friendly and helpful at all times. Michael that takes care of quest during the breakfast rush in the morning is always very personable with visitors. We look forward to seeing him during our visits. He’s just an amazing fella. Your whole staff goes above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The cook and maintenance guy were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although a little out dated. The pool was constructed in an odd design which resulted in it needing to be cleaned before we could use it. But at least there was a pool and working hot tub. There really should be an automatic door at the lobby. I think people with disabilities or carrying a lot of luggage would have difficulty Getting inside. Probably some sort of arctic entry should be installed.
