This 120-square-meter vacation home is located in Kempenich, in the heart of the Brohl Valley and the Eifel region, and thus very close to the Nürburgring.
The Nürburgring is about 10 minutes away, making it ideal for motorsports fans and participants.
Lake Laach is also about 10 minutes away.
It’s also perfect for large families and groups of friends who enjoy spending quiet time in the garden or around the grill.

Good sized, clean house with good equipment. However, communication from the host was very poor. They didn't respond to emails or messages via Expedia. Had to contact Expedia to contact the host, and even after that I still had to chase for responses to a couple of basic questions. The Google Maps link in the property listing on the Expedia website is wrong as well.

Huis en keukengerief was niet proper Tuin heeft dringend een opfrissing nodig, niet veilig voor kleine kinderen. Vaatwas wieltjes stuk, ramen living vettige handjes van kleine kindjes op. Matrassen zijn heel dun, en al zeker niet voor rugpatiēnten. Water loopt niet weg in douchebak. Veel wespen in tuin door fruit van de fruitbomen die blijft liggen. Naast bbq staat een grote ton water met appels in, rooster bbq heel vuil. Eigenaars totaal niet bereikbaar, via verhuur bureau melding gedaan. wij vragen niet veel, enkel als je een huisje huurt dat het proper is, dit was het helaas niet. Foto's op site zijn verouderd!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus mit viel Potential, nur leider wird gar nichts für die Instandhaltung getan. Vieles ist kaputt und dreckig. Wir haben erstmal geputzt, neue Bettgarnituren angefordert und Töpfe geschruppt. Einige Spielsachen sind vorhanden, vorallem outdoor, welche alle kaputt sind.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Wir waren mit drei Generationen dort und fühlten uns alle pudelwohl.Wir kommen wieder.
