The friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff and management made the entire experience even better from start to finish. ​Detailed Ratings: ​Cleanliness (4.5/5): The hotel and rooms were clean, well maintained, and tidy. ​Decor (4.8/5): Beautifully designed with modern, comfortable furnishings that felt very thoughtful and well put together. ​Location (5/5): Absolutely unbeatable! We loved having the park directly opposite, and the mountain views from our balcony were breathtaking. ​Pool (4.8/5): Clean, well maintained, and beautifully set up. It was a lovely, relaxing spot to spend the afternoon. ​Management & Staff (4.8/5): Friendly, approachable, and eager to help throughout our stay. ​Areas for Improvement: The only minor drawbacks for us were that the rooms didn't feature smart TVs, and there was no breakfast option available on-site. Having an in-house breakfast would have added a great level of convenience, especially for families traveling together. ​Final Verdict: Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It’s a lovely, beautifully presented hotel in a stunning location with excellent staff and a gorgeous pool area. We would definitely consider staying here again!
