Amazing hotel with beautiful gardens and forest. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food in restaurants was amazing and delicious. Staff were very friendly amd very helpful. Hotel is family oriented. But at the same time you can find quiet areas where you can rest and relax in quiet and peace. Entertainment programs were high class. Highly recommending this hotel for your vacation.

Our room was amazing, rooms get cleaned everyday, they have AI WhatsApp which is great and helpful, WIFI is amazing all around the hotel, they have bars all around for proper hot and cold drinks , snack bar , beach looks fantastic, you can see sunset which we didi one morning around 5:54am ! Food is all inclusive and IT IS SO FRESH AND TASTY, lots of variety every single day!!!! You can not stop eating haha. Staff are amazing also and so helpful and freindly.

The staff were awesome, the cleaning was on on point with a great variety of food options. The only area that needs a bit of improvement is that of activities for guests. During our stay it was relatively quiet as it was off season but the only activity for adults was darts. Management should look at getting more activities organised to help make guests stay in bit more interactive even during off peak periods

The hotel write, that they have 3-4 a la carte restaurants, but only two was open - and that was on the same site, so one day it was italien and next day fishrestaurant and one day closed. We will not come back Because of this - they should inform about that, as it is important to us, when we choose hotel.

I did not really like the food options. The restaurant was always overcrowded and you would always need to be in a queue to get a food. You have to request cleaning every time, and I did not feel cleaning was properly done as for 5 star hotel. For example I havent seen any loo disinfection signs.

They have the rudest receptionist in the world. Ayşn, try to avoid dealing with her if you don’t want to ruin your stay at the hotel. The food is average at best, and the entertainment is below average. The desserts are just piles of sugar with no real flavor. As for the toiletries — the shampoo feels like cheap hand soap, and there’s no conditioner provided. The beach is a big disappointment: it’s full of rocks, and many guests end up getting injured. The entrance to the water is especially bad — covered in sharp little stones that make it nearly impossible to walk in without hurting your feet. Another major issue is communication. Most of the staff only speak Turkish or Russian, so if you speak English, it’s very difficult to get proper help or service. That said, the hotel itself is very clean and the surrounding landscape is absolutely beautiful — those are probably the only highlights of the stay.

5-12 Oct. This resort was amazing, assisted by the beautiful weather (early to mid 30s all week). Sunbeds were mostly always available (never a battle to get one, except maybe on the jetty/private beach). The selection of food was varied and catered to all palettes, and was well labelled for those with dietary needs. All very tasty. and the on site patisserie was an added bonus each afternoon. The bar man on roller blades by the pools was a nice touch. The drinks menu and restaurant options were available via QR code which is useful. A great variety of activities during the day and the evening for all age groups. There is also a small zoo which has a small variety of birds and fish. Not a very English speaking/friendly resort so if this bothers you, find another. Its mostly Russian and German tourists. But they do try really hard to help you when needed. The only negative was the onsite spa. What they sell you and what they deliver are not the same thing. Which is a shame. Next time I would try somewhere off site after our experience. We would absolutely return to this beautiful resort.

Before I start , if you don't speak Turkich or Russian, believe me, this is not the right hotel for you. Unfortunately, I got the worst surprise the moment I arrived. I found myself booked a room for one person instead of two.  ( which was 100% my mistake ), but what made the situation much worse was the way the hotel reacted to this. The receptionist was extremely rude. For a moment, I thought I'm visiting her property at midnight, not coming to 5 stars hotel !! The hotel team found my mistake as an opportunity to get maximum benefits instead of trying to find a solution. They made me pay 500 pounds extra !! Although I showed them that the difference between one person or two in any room type in all booking site usually not more than 35 pound pernight !! As they know, I don't have any other option. They refused even to negotiate. After I had to pay for the room almost twice  and with a mutual agreement that the room will have a double bed, they provided us with twin beds room 😅 ( to be honest they asked us to come to the reception the next day at 10 and wait maybe they may change it but I was already overwhelmed to deal with the reception staff again and ruin more my vacation). The bottom line is that there was zero sympathy, zero knowledge about customer care basics, and they never tried to make any small kind gesture to overcome this issue. If you want to make a profit from a situation, at least try to make it nicely and kindly without an attitude.

Es war traumhaft alles sauber Personal Super Z.b hat Nachts um hab zwei unser Licht im Flur geblinkt sofort kamen 2 Techniker und haben alles überprüft und ausgetauscht Super Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und das Essen einfach nur WOW Wir werden wieder kommen Die Barkeepern zaubern jeden Drink Die Bedienungen am Pool auf ihren Rollschuhen flott und immer freundlich Super Einziger Mini Kritik bei der Dusche im Zimmer fehlt eine Tür es gibt zwar eine Glaswand aber weil die eine Seite offen ist wird beim Duschen der Boden nass und so verbraucht man mehr Handtücher. Aber Mann bekommt jeden Tag einen Haufen von Handtücher. Es wird jeden Tag gereinigt Houskeeping macht einen Super Job. Es gibt Minibar Kaffee Kocher genügend Tee Kaffee ach es gibt einfach alles. Am Pool gibt es immer frische Handtücher Es ist alles sehr gut organisiert Ich möchte mich echt für diesen tollen Aufenthalt bedanken 👍🙏

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l’hôtel avec mon épouse. La qualité de la nourriture et des boissons était très satisfaisante. Cependant, nous pensons que ce qui fait vraiment la différence dans un hôtel n’est pas seulement la qualité des installations, mais aussi l’attention et l’écoute accordées aux clients. Bien qu’il s’agisse de notre quatrième séjour dans cet hôtel, notre demande concernant l’attribution d’une chambre plus adaptée à ma situation de handicap orthopédique n’a malheureusement pas été suffisamment prise en considération par la réception, ce qui nous a déçus. En revanche, la Directrice des Relations Clients, Evgenia Uçar, a fait preuve d’une grande compréhension et s’est personnellement investie dans la recherche d’une solution. Malgré le taux d’occupation élevé de l’hôtel, elle a réussi à faire transférer notre chambre dans le bâtiment principal. Grâce à son intervention, notre séjour a été beaucoup plus confortable et agréable. Nous sommes convaincus que les petites attentions et une approche positive envers les clients en situation de handicap font partie intégrante de l’excellence hôtelière partout dans le monde. C’est pourquoi nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Mme Evgenia Uçar pour son empathie, son professionnalisme et son sens du service. Parfois, l’attitude d’une seule personne peut transformer toute une expérience de vacances.
