Rooms are properly cleaned only once on the first time, every other day they didnt even vaccum. We got a room with bed bugs! Had to change Food is low quality Property is ran down They have a grill in the middle of complex that literally smokes property nearby They have an industrial exost and it is loud. it turns on at 6:45 and wakes everyone around ~3 rooms affected They scamed me the first day by giving me a wrong room: i booked a 2 bed superior room with mountain view, they gave me econom 1 bed room with pool view. Had to proove to them for about 1h that i booked another room

We were warmly welcomed on arrival and assisted with our luggage, which was a good start. However, when we got to our room, the key did not work. The staff were helpful and managed to let us in while the key was charging, but we were surprised to find that the room could also be accessed through the balcony of the adjoining room — which raised safety concerns. The room itself was not very clean, and the bathroom was in poor condition with visible mould along the edges. It definitely needs renovation. The toilet did not flush well and had a bad smell. The food options were repetitive throughout our stay and unfortunately not labelled, making it difficult to know what we were eating. On a positive note, the young lady at reception was lovely and very accommodating. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out so we could continue to enjoy the resort for the rest of the day. The ice cream bar was never in operation, despite being informed it was available. Overall, while there were some friendly staff and convenient amenities, this hotel does not meet five-star standards. I would rate it a three-star experience.

Not good value for money

The rooms were small, lamp was not working, hair dryer socket was broken. It was never fixed despite us telling the receptionist. Food was not fresh and there was not enough. People were drinking sisha during children’s entertainment.

Unfortunately, the experience did not match our expectations based on the pictures and promotional video. The rooms looked quite different in person—clearly not up to 5-star standards. Housekeeping was inconsistent; while some rooms received daily sheet changes, thorough cleaning, and fridge refills, others had to request these services despite displaying the “clean room” sign. Cleanliness was also an issue—plates and coffee mugs were dirty on several occasions. The food was repetitive and lacked variety. Desserts were almost always the same, and surprisingly, there were no authentic Turkish desserts like baklava, which we were looking forward to. The music at the beach and pool was the same every day, which quickly became monotonous. In the evenings, loud music continued until 11:30 PM, making it difficult to sleep if your room was near the balcony area. WiFi connectivity was poor throughout the hotel and beach—especially near or beyond the grill area where there was barely any signal. Staff in the brunch area were not particularly friendly, especially the woman at the potato station, who was noticeably rude. Overall, this was not a great experience. The service, facilities, and food did not reflect the quality promised or expected of a 5-star hotel. We were hoping for much more based on the photos and descriptions online, but unfortunately, it fell far short.
