Queen single - a nice little room, convenient with mini fridge and a big microwave. Also had a little dining table and chairs. 24hr check in & late checkout at noon was great! Good coffee, and courteous staff who helped me bring my items upstairs because there is no elevator.

This place is awesome. The water pressure is great, and hot water is hot. The rooms are spacious, and the location is central. It's very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The place could use some upgrades. However, the room rate is highly economical. I would rather have economical than upgrades.

Employees were very nice and accommodating. I had forgotten to ask for a ground floor. And the evening clerk found us one. My knees apprehended her. Thankfully the train is pretty quiet. Unlike my children’s childhood, we had Casey Jones blowing the whistle from one end of town to the other. So for us, the train was no issue. Check out was easy and the deposit was refunded. To be honest, if you’re paying with a credit card, there shouldn’t be a deposit. I can definitely recommend a deposit on cash.

A staff member agreed to do a refund and cancel because of I mishap on their end that caused me to rent another motel room at the same time as this one because it was never canceled the email from them said it was then she back pedaled all of a sudden and didn't turn it around on me and made me feel like I was guilty for doing something wrong and then accuse me of talking too fast and raising my voice when my voice was slightly louder because I was upset and defensive but I definitely was not raising my voice at her it was just very manipulative and counterproductive and unprofessional and I will not be coming back here
