Check-In was great, Zach was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I inquired about the quality of the restaurant next to the hotel, he gave an accurate review and had 15% coupons at the ready which we used for dinner! Room and furnishings - excellent for the price. A good selection of cable channels and movies, very good quality television, remote, and on screen programming guide. There were more than enough AC outlets and built in USB charging jacks! Only negative was the water pressure in the shower was a little low but adequate. Breakfast - food was very, good variety of traditional and lighter fare - the pumpkin spice waffles were great. BUT … the coffee was unacceptable. Tasted like burnt instant coffee, by far the worst cup of coffee I have ever tasted. It came out of a machine which almost certainly needs maintenance or outright replacement. Aside from the coffee, the only other downside was the lack of an elevator for hauling luggage upstairs. For the price though this place was unbeatable, especially compared to the Best Western that we’re staying at tonight at twice the price and half of the in room amenities.

Family vacation

I am glad we chose this hotel. Breakfast had lots of options and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Only wish the pool was a little warmer! But overall it was a great pick!
