There was no soap in the bathroom dispenser. The microwave plate was dirty. There was clothing in a drawer left from a previous occupant. I stayed in an ADA room which had one chair, one face cloth and one hand towel. People who require an ADA room likely require a person to stay in the room to assist them. I was disappointed.

Internet TV not working, reported to front desk and requested repair, we were informed that it could well be caused by internet bandwidth due to packed guests during Memorial Holiday. They will request technician to come over to repair but technician never showed up. We were very disappointed about it. Other than that, we were happy staying at the resort during the holiday weekend.

Great hotel for people who are fishing

The room was clean and comfortable and it was great having a boat launch right next to our hotel room. They also allow pets. The room was decorated nicely for a lakefront hotel room.

Where do I begin, property is so dirty. Spider webs everywhere, mosquitoes every where, we couldn't open our room door as it was full of mosquitoes. They were everywhere. This property is beautiful but very terribly kept. There are no cleanings being done to the room and its just disgusting. Bathrooms are terrible. Our bathrooms knob was broken and it had a note on it saying sorry I am broken hold me to turn the water on. Shower itself is so tiny that you get chlostrophobia. Just DON'T GO THERE. BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. ANYTHING ELSE BUT THIS PLACE.
