With a private sauna, a covered loggia, high-quality amenities, and your own beach chair (available from Easter through October), it’s the perfect place for a relaxing vacation—any time of year.

The bright living area with floor-to-ceiling windows creates an airy, spacious feel and provides access to the covered loggia. Here you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air, whether at breakfast or as you wind down at the end of the day. The underfloor heating provides cozy warmth, while the ventilation system ensures a constant supply of fresh air. A washer and dryer are also available—especially convenient for families.

**Bedrooms**
Two bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (varying firmness levels 2 and 3) offer the best in sleeping comfort. Both rooms are stylishly furnished and are suitable for both couples and families with children.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
The private sauna is your retreat after long walks on the beach or active days on the coast. Combined with the pleasant floor heating, you can enjoy your very own personal wellness routine here.

This ComfortPlus accommodation offers you a special all-inclusive service: Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made and towels are ready—for a relaxing start to your vacation.

**Service & Extras**
An underground parking space (clearance height 2.15 m) is included in the price. In front of the house, you’ll find an EV charging station for your electric car. Contactless check-in via a key safe allows for flexible arrival times. During peak season, you’ll have your own beach chair available on the beach—for relaxing by the sea. Under the seat of the beach chair, you’ll find beach toys for children. Two folding bicycles in the apartment’s basement can be used for running small errands. A lockable bike storage room and a storage closet in the hallway outside the apartment offer additional space for bikes, strollers, buggies, or handcarts. Please note: We do not guarantee that the toys are complete or that the bikes are roadworthy.

Just 100 m from the beach—Slow Down is perfectly situated between the coast, the boardwalk, and the town center. You can easily reach the supermarket, bakery, and restaurants on foot. Kellenhusen offers beach vacations, walks in the woods, bike rides, and trips to Lübeck or the “Graswarder” nature reserve.
