Just 400 meters from the beach, the Kohout vacation home awaits you:<br><br>A cozy 3-bedroom vacation home in the "Wohnpark Amselweg" in Kellenhusen for up to 5 people, featuring a fenced-in garden and a terrace!<br><br>On the first floor: living room with dining area, sofa bed, TV, and direct access to the terrace, which is equipped with an awning. Separate kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Bathroom with bathtub/toilet and washing machine (coin-operated). <br><br>In the attic: Bedroom with a double bed and closet; bedroom with 2 single beds, closet, and TV (both single beds are pull-out beds and, when extended, reach almost the same height as the single beds themselves (sleeping surface approx. 2 x 90 x 190 cm)), Bathroom with shower and toilet. For the safety of our younger guests, a stair gate has been installed on the upper floor. <br><br>Wi-Fi access is, of course, included.<br><br>An outdoor parking space is reserved for your vehicle. Bicycles you bring along can be stored in the garden shed, where a handcart is also available—useful, for example, for trips to the beach.<br><br>Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
