It’s hillside position means beautiful sea and mountain views can be enjoyed throughout the villa. Interiors are elegant and open plan, with a stylish finish. Just 10 minutes’ away is Lourdas, with a beautiful sandy beach, plus plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Nestled amidst olive trees, this delightful 2 bedroom villa is situated in an area known as Simotata above Lourdas Bay. Located in the foothills of the impressive Mount Ainos, Villa Katoikia Mia’s elevated position affords stunning panoramic views. Just 5 minutes’ drive away is Vlahata village, a charming setting with a bakery, mini market and cafe. A little further is Lourdas resort, where you’ll find a host of tavernas, shops and a magnificent beach. This location is ideal for enjoying the beautiful Kefalonia scenery with everything you need close by.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
