It is a bright and comfortable ground floor residence of 105m² with a lovely garden, 1 km far from the airport, 1.5 km from organized beaches (Spasmata & Platia Ammos), 6 km from Argostoli. More beaches such as Avithos, Ammes, and Ai Helis Beach are 1,5 km away. There are mini markets, car rental offices, restaurants and café-bars near by. It is fully furnished and equipped. Independent entrance, parking area and no stairs make it ideal for people with mobility problems.
