The hotel is clean and in a quiet place with outstanding views over the bay. The staff iare lovely and welcoming , who were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved this hotel so much we stayed for a second night in a pool villa which I would definitely recommend doing. We come back to this hotel in a heartbeat and would recommend it to others.

The staff and location were lovely. The view from Bay Palace provided beautiful sunrises, gorgeous views of the mesmerizing blue water beach, and enchanting views of the town.

The hotel is in such a beautiful setting. The views are out of this world. It is built on the hillside, so everywhere is a climb although they have installed some lifts. The service and food is fantastic.

The staff went above and beyond when inclement weather occurred and we needed some travel advice. The property is beautiful quiet and our own room was private we arrived before the restaurant opened but enjoyed the large continental breakfast on the balcony each morning. Overall recommended stay in Kefalonia.

Beautiful location and view. V clean and comfortable. Overall fab, lots of steps though, and parking a slight issue. You need a car to fully explore everything the island has to offer - but don’t let this put you off!

Stunning setting & incredible views. The hotel is very tired. Tiles coming off in pool, no pictures. Food is very basic. Staff were very kind and friendly but when I checked in, the receptionist got lost trying to show me our room. Felt sorry for staff who are desperate for you to like your tine there. The whole place needs significant amounts invested to upgrade. It could be incredible.

This was probably a great hotel before electricity. It has all the makings to be great BUT someone has to put the money back into it. Elevators out of service and walking up 90 steps with bags is no way to vacation. The views once you get to your room are out of this world. Spend the money and make it nice again.
