The location is unique! Fiora villas are located in the south
part of Kefalonia , just 1,5 km from Trapezaki beach , 8,5 km
from kefalonian airport and 13 km from Argostoli, the capital
of Kefalonia.
This complex of eight elegant villas features well- appointed
accommodation , with particular attention to details. Each
villa is 50 sq.m , except from villa Rose ,which is 100 sq.m
.The villas are built in a 5000 sq.m plot ,with parking,
gardens and a sense of serenity . Two of our villas have private pools.
The villas consist of one double bedroom, two single beds in
the living room, a fully equipped kitchen , a bathroom and a
private veranda with sea and mountain views.
The villas are an ideal choice for families , friends and
couples seeking relaxation , comfort and also an enjoyable
and unforgettable stay in the magnificent island of Kefalonia.
Make yourself comfortable in your villa. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.

Terrible experience

This unit is very clean, beautiful space, however the air conditioning, which was only 1 AC unit in the bedroom did not work. I was assured by Angie at check in that it would cool entire unit. It did not! It was 34c (93.2F) in the unit at check in, even running the AC for 6 hours never cooled below 30c (86F) in bedroom. Rest of unit was above 34c (93.2F) our entire stay. Owner solution was bringing us a fan. Owner said technician repaired AC. It never cooled. Was not repaired. Miserable experience. We spent most of our time away from the unit because it was unbearable heat. We woke up with headaches every day due to the heat, and the fan blowing directly on us. I did not contact VRBO because I trusted the owner will take care of the problem. Unfortunately, she did not. I asked for 1/2 refund of my stay.. owner never responded. Totally unacceptable. Very disappointing.
