The AC was great in the rooms. Comfy beds. Room was tip top shape. There was an AC unit in the kitchen that was not working. Staff was helpful, friendly, courteous, and it was a joy to interact with them. They went out of their way to help. Breakfast included waffles! So of course it's pretty decent. No eggs or sausage, but waffles are always a treat. A good stay at a good price. I will come back.

We booked this hotel because it looked clean. It wasn't. It looked and smelled dingy. The bathroom was dirty, not sure if it had been cleaned. We ended leaving and staying at Crowne Plaza, which was a much nicer choice.

This motel is off the interstate and has numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Kearney is a friendly college town. The motel staff share the friendly vibe. The room was very clean and breakfast was good.
