Room was clean otherwise we wouldn't have stayed. No coffee maker if the room. Breakfast was cold cereal and white bread for toast.

This motel is off the interstate and has numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Kearney is a friendly college town. The motel staff share the friendly vibe. The room was very clean and breakfast was good.
