We booked this hotel because it looked clean. It wasn't. It looked and smelled dingy. The bathroom was dirty, not sure if it had been cleaned. We ended leaving and staying at Crowne Plaza, which was a much nicer choice.

This motel is off the interstate and has numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Kearney is a friendly college town. The motel staff share the friendly vibe. The room was very clean and breakfast was good.

Hotel looks like it was built in the 70's. A notice on the front desk was that they offered weekly rate (never a good sign). One lamp in the room, insufficient to light the whole room. I had to use my flashlight on my phone. Table and chair had no power source next to it. The bed mattress was severely sunk in the middle. Hardly got any sleep. I will never stay there again
